Elisa KitSon, former journalist in the British press, created The KitSon in 2006. Her Paris dinner debates that took place, until Covid, in the salons at Hotel Regina, Paris, gained renown for being the safe place to talk. Elisa also founded The KitSon Strasbourg in 2014 and The KitSon-Giverny Talks in 2023.
