When you register as a member, a benefactor or when you participate in an event, we collect and process on the basis of your consent personal data concerning you such as: your first and last names, your email address, and possibly your postal address and telephone number. We use this data to send out information emails and calls for contributions. No email address will be passed on to third parties, including our partners, except with the written consent of the interested parties. All data will not be transferred or sold to third parties.

The data collected on the internet is for the exclusive use of the Publication Manager. We apply technological and organisational security measures to ensure that the personal data collected is not lost, misappropriated, consulted, modified or disclosed by unauthorised third parties unless the communication of this data is required by the regulations in force, in particular at the request of a judicial authority, police, gendarmerie or any other authority authorised by law.

Photographs taken during the various events may be published on our site, unless the person responsible for the publication objects. Members who have a page in their name containing their biography and photograph may indicate to the Publication Manager that they wish to delete or modify their page.

The Publication Manager will delete the data collected after a period of 5 years, if you cease to participate in Kitson events or do not renew your membership, unless you expressly request that your data be deleted.

In accordance with the regulations in force, members and participants have the following rights:

• the right to block or delete data;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time;
• the right to limit the processing of your data;
• right to object to the processing of your data; and

If you wish to rectify your data or object to processing you can send an email to the address of the Publication Manager mentioned above. Your requests will be processed within 30 days. In addition to your request, we will ask you to attach a photocopy of proof of identity so that we can verify your identity.
