Article 1 - Approval of new members.
Any new member must be sponsored and introduced by two members of the association.
The Board decides at each of its meetings on the admission applications submitted.

The purpose of the House Rules is to specify the statutes of the association « The KitSon » whose purpose is:
These House Rules are sent to all members as well as to each new member.
Any new member must be sponsored and introduced by two members of the association.
The Board decides at each of its meetings on the admission applications submitted.
In any case, the person concerned must be able to present his/her defence, prior to the exclusion decision.
The exclusion decision is adopted by the Board, acting by a two-thirds majority of the members present.
The contribution paid to the association is definitively acquired, even in the event of resignation, exclusion, or death of a member during the year.
Votes of members present.
Members present vote by a show of hands. However, a secret ballot may be requested by the council or 20% of the members present.
Only elected members of the Board can claim reimbursement of expenses incurred in the course of their duties and upon justification.
Working committees can be set up by decision of the Board.
Participation in other think tanks is of course permissible, but this should in no way compromise the proper functioning of The KitSon, nor prejudice it in terms of image or bring its integrity into disrepute.
The nature of the « off the record » also implies strict respect for the confidentiality of the debates.
These House Rules may be modified by the Board.
