It does not have to be initiated by the resigning member.<\/li>\n<li>The exclusion of a member may be ordered by the Board for serious reasons. In particular, the following are deemed to constitute serious grounds:<br \/>\n&#8211; <strong>any action likely to harm, directly or indirectly, the activities of the association or its reputation. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>In any case, the person concerned must be able to present his\/her defence, prior to the exclusion decision. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>The exclusion decision is adopted by the Board, acting by a two-thirds majority of the members present.<\/p>\n<p>The contribution paid to the association is definitively acquired, even in the event of resignation, exclusion, or death of a member during the year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><footer class=\"entry-footer\"><\/footer><\/article><div class='iconlist-timeline'><\/div><\/li>\n<li><div class='iconlist_icon av-av_iconlist_item-42454a2fb07d4cd5a5a88f7803b33a15 avia-font-entypo-fontello'><span class='iconlist-char ' aria-hidden='true' data-av_icon='\ue875' data-av_iconfont='entypo-fontello'><\/span><\/div><article class=\"article-icon-entry \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='iconlist_content_wrap'><header class=\"entry-content-header\"><h4 class='av_iconlist_title iconlist_title   '  itemprop=\"headline\" >Article 3 - Board Meetings - Procedures applicable to votes <\/h4><\/header><div class='iconlist_content  '  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Votes of members present.<\/p>\n<p>Members present vote by a show of hands.
